The completed R&D works, which will be featured within one of the conference topics, will be assigned a page limit ranging from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 15 pages.
These are our templates and guidelines for papers, they are there to help you prepare your work.
Essential guidelines
Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper:
Templates
Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates, and then convert these to PDF format for submission:
The article evaluation version for the Scientific Committee must be saved in PDF format and should not include the author’s identification, email, and affiliation.
The articles sent must comply with the format, be written in English, should not have been published before, and should not be in review for any other conference or publication.
The complete information with the names and affiliations of the authors should only be included in the final version accepted and requested by the editors. The final version in Word format and PDF must be presented, together with the consent form to publish, all this in a ZIP and loaded into the conference management system.
All works will be subject to a «double-blind review» by at least two program committee members. According to the evaluation of the scientific committee, editors can reject or accept a document. Finally, on the event day, the authors of the accepted works will have 10 minutes to present their work and 5 minutes for the attendees to ask questions.
